When do the gates open?
Gates open on Thursday at 3PM for early bird (additional fee with GA ticket). It is recommended that you buy your tickets during presale but there will be tickets available at the gate starting on Thursday at Noon. The gate can only accept cash.

What camping options are available?
Hookahville Music Festival offers a variety of camping options. All GA tickets include parking in the main parking lot and festival style camping. There are many different sites to choose from. General Admission campers will need to carry gear in to the camping area. Although it’s not a major hike, we have found that a little red wagon goes a long way. I need to transfer my ticket to someone else. How do I do that?
Tickets are only transferable by the buyer transferring the image or email of their ticket to the new ticket holder. The ticket will be scanned at the gate and will only work once.
Can I bring or rent a golf cart? Or bike?
You cannot bring your own golf cart. Bicycles are fine though.
Will pets be allowed in the venue/campgrounds?
Dogs, cats, ferrets, birds, lizards, sloths, and any other pets are NOT allowed at Hookahville Music Festival. There are several local kennels, click here to see a list. If you bring your pet to Hookahville Music Festival you will be turned around at the gate. Service Animals will be handled on a case by case basis and according to ADA guidelines. I ordered my tickets online, how do I get them?
All Pre-Sale tickets were delivered to your mobile device –please print these (or take a screen shot) and bring to the event as data service is spotty. Tickets will be available at the gate, cash only.
Can we leave the festival grounds and re-enter?
Please bring everything you need. We highly discourage re-entry, and will be charging $10 per occurrence. That said, the gates will be open 24/7. People staying off-site do not need to pay the re-entry fee or for people coming and going under a pre-arranged agreement.

What will you be providing?
There will be temporary port-o-john bathrooms and hand washing stations throughout the festival grounds. Vendors will be selling a variety of reasonably priced foods and nonalcoholic beverages. There will be an ATM available as well as ice at the General Store and firewood at the Caverns Office.
What emergency services will be available on site? What should I do if I need emergency assistance (medical, towing, locksmith, etc.)?
There will be 24 hour security and EMT’s on site. If you need emergency medical attention, talk to any Hookahville Staff Member for help or go directly to the medical tent.
Where should I go if I lose track of my child, or if I find a child who is lost?
If you find a lost child or cannot locate your own, please go to the medical tent or locate a staff person.
Where should I go if I lose my keys, my wallet or my friends? What should I do if I find someone’s stuff?
The Lost and Found will be located at the General Store until after the show Monday night. We suggest you bring an extra key to your car and/or your key code.
What kind of handicap facilities will you be providing?
There will be a designated parking area for people with special accessibility needs. Please check with the gate when you arrive. There will be accessible restroom facilities (Handicap accessible port-o-john) and a wheelchair accessible space inside the concert area.
Can I bring my RV?
Absolutely. There are a limited amount of RV camping spots so we advise buying your RV pass early. RV camping is within the festival grounds, and a short walk to the stages. To purchase an RV pass click HERE.
Are we going to be able to camp next to our cars?
General Admission campers will park in the main parking lot and carry gear a short distance to the GA camping area. If you would like to camp by your vehicle, there is a Camp By Your Car add-on available. For Camp By Your Car, RV Camping Parking Pass options click HERE. VIP RV passes include a companion parking permit for your RV.
What will we be allowed to bring into the campgrounds?
You can bring your own food, beverages (NO glass).
What about campfires?
Campfires at designated campsites are fine as long as they are IN A RAISED FIRE PIT and a safe distance from your tents in designated campsites. Some sites have a raised fire ring, some do not. Bring your own if you can, to be sure. You cannot have an open fire in Tent City but there are free standing grills on the edge of tent city where people can prepare foods. You can’t bring in firewood but you can bring old untreated lumber or skids if you’d like to burn them. Firewood will be sold onsite.
Will bands be allowed to play in the camping area if not affiliated with the festival?
Some of the best jams at Hookahville happen around campfires! Acoustic music is great but no amplifiers are allowed. Please be respectful of your neighbors.
Is there cell phone service available at Hookahville?
There is limited service at this venue (generally calls/texts OK but data spotty, depending on the carrier). Bring your printed receipts if you purchased your tickets online.
How far is the concert venue from the camping areas?
All festival camping/parking areas are within easy walking distance of the stage, in many cases in view of the stage.
What can I bring into the stage area? What can’t I bring?
You CAN bring alcohol into the stage area – the entire festival is BYOB (assuming you are over 21 of course). Backpacks, lawn chairs, blankets, coolers are all OK. Glass bottles are not allowed in the stage area or campgrounds or anywhere at The Caverns – please be respectful of this and plan for plastic containers. Security will be advised to remove all product in glass and they will not be returned.
What is the taping policy going to be?
This depends on the band’s taping policy so it’s best to check in person to be sure before you put up your rig. Ask at the taping section in front of the soundboard for each performer’s policy on audio taping, videotaping and photography.
Will cameras be allowed in the concert (venue) area?
Cameras are allowed in the concert area. For the safety of our artists, all flash photography is prohibited.
Can I bring my kids? Do they have to pay?
Children 12 and under are admitted free with a parent or guardian. Please be responsible for your children, and know where they are at all times.
What types of vendors will be there?
A variety of vendors will be cooking up breakfast, lunch, dinner and late night snacks. There will also be crafts, clothing and all sorts of festival-type stuff. Don’t forget Hookahville merchandise tent for t-shirts and all kinds of cool gear!

Are there any rules at Hookahville?
Rule Number One at Hookahville Music Festival is simple…”No Hassles or Bad Attitudes”
- No Pets Allowed
- No Weapons of any kind
- No ATV’s, Golf Carts or Motorized Vehicles of any kind.
- No Laser Pointers, Sky Lanterns, Nitrous, Fireworks
- No Loud Amplified Music (from cars or otherwise)
- No Illegal Drugs or Underage Drinking
- Pick up your trash, and any trash you see. Please respect the environment and do not create unnecessary waste.
- Park only in designated areas. Violators will be towed at the owners expense.
- No cutting down trees or plants of any kind. The Caverns is a preserve.
- Stay on designated pathways and do not walk in or around the cavernous areas at night. There is a risk of death if you fall off of a cliff or along the rim of the caverns which extends behind and beyond the cabins and campgrounds.
- No camping in areas that are not designated or for which you do not have a pass.
